Currently Needed

Our greatest need is fosters willing to take: nursing dogs and cats, underage weaned kittens, kittens and puppies needing bottle feeding, and adult dogs and cats with a medical issue.

Because Humane Society of the Pikes Peak Region takes in more than 28,000 animals a year, space is limited for animals needing extra time to heal or grow. Animals may need foster care for any of the following reasons:
