Pueblo Spay & Neuter Surgeries
Help prevent pet overpopulation
Our Pueblo Veterinary Wellness Clinic is proud to offer a spay/neuter program to help reduce pet overpopulation in our community and save more lives. Fees vary and additional services can be added to your surgery appointment as well. See our pricing options below.
Pre-surgery requirements
- Pets must be at least 8 weeks of age and at least two pounds.
- A current rabies vaccination is required for all animals 16 weeks and older. If your pet is up to date, you will be required to show proof of a current rabies vaccination via the certificate at time of drop off. If your pet is not up to date, you will be required to add the vaccine at the time of drop off.
- Other routine vaccinations are required for animals 16 weeks and younger. If you have proof of current vaccinations, please bring it with you or our team can administer them at the time of surgery.
- Do not feed your pet after 10:00 pm on the night before the surgery. Water should be freely available until the time you leave home.
